Elton is a Strategic Partner and Board Advisor whose business portfolio spans multiple sectors, including commercial insurance, real estate, bullion and precious metals, artificial intelligence (AI), logistics and retail, art galleries, music production, blockchain and cryptocurrency, agriculture, and more.

Property and Real Estate
Elton is the founding partner of Fang Ting Properties Group, an award-winning boutique property development firm specialising in bespoke investment strategies and asset management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and private institutions. With more than a decade of experience, Fang Ting Properties delivers projects ranging from single-unit luxury renovations to multi-unit apartment developments built from the ground up. Its diversified portfolio spans residential, commercial, office, and retail property sectors.
The group currently manages more than thirty prime properties across Central London and over one hundred premium, fully licensed HMO units in Birmingham. Fang Ting Properties has collaborated with some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including Marriott, Starwood, The Ritz-Carlton, JLL, Regal London, and the Berkeley Group. The firm’s work has received multiple national awards and has been featured in leading publications, underscoring its commitment to quality and innovation.
Elton is also the co-founder of KML Group, which specialises in large-scale HMO development projects in Birmingham

Expanding his career into alternative asset management, Elton became the Asia Partner of House Group, an innovative venture offering investment opportunities across physical asset classes. Operating through four pillars — Gallery House (art), Bullion House (precious metals), Whiskey House (collectible whisky), and Collectible House (rare and high-value collectibles) — the group caters to sophisticated investors seeking diversified, tangible assets.
In this role, Elton forges strategic partnerships and provides bespoke investment solutions for high-net-worth clients. Leveraging his expertise in finance, risk management, and real estate, he delivers comprehensive, tailored strategies aligned with clients’ long-term financial goals.
Background
Elton Leung is a graduate of King’s College London and holds dual professional designations as a Chartered ACII and CIP. He is certified in Contract Law and has earned a Diploma in Private Equity from the Imperial College London Business School.
He began his career as an underwriter before moving into a broking role at one of the world’s largest Fortune 500 insurance firms, where he managed multinational conglomerate clients. Demonstrating strong entrepreneurial initiative, he led the firm’s expansion into the Asian manufacturing risk management sector, securing a dominant market position within the first year. His commercial insight and execution excellence earned him industry recognition and speaking invitations at global conferences alongside senior leaders such as the Executive Director of China’s largest insurance company and Governors of Taiwan. At just 26, Elton was promoted to Director — one of the youngest in the company’s history.
In Hong Kong, Elton later joined his family’s business, a market leader in insurance risk management and security services for high-value assets. For over 40 years, the firm held a dominant position across the Asia-Pacific region before being successfully acquired by a publicly listed company.
Music Journey
Professional session musician with a diverse background, ranging from orchestral classical training to contemporary music.
Discovered his gifted talent for relative pitch after playing the entire Titanic theme song, “My Heart Will Go On,” by ear on the piano at the age of 7, without any formal musical training. Since then, he has delved into music composition and specialized in guitar, as well as other instruments, including drums, piano, clarinet, harmonica, and even the Chinese flute.
Elton has been passionate about music throughout his life, earning music scholarships during his academic journey. After graduating from university, he has participated in hundreds of live performances in front of thousands of audience members.
He has performed at iconic venues and occasions such as London Trafalgar Square, the London O2 Stadium, London Fashion Week, London West End Broadway Theatre, and The Lord Mayor’s Show, and has been featured on BBC Television. Additionally, he has composed, recorded, and arranged music for movies and TV series.

• 2019: Recorded and mastered the movie Amsterdam Secret with Christian Wright at Abbey Road Studios. Christian Wright is the music producer for the Harry Potter movies, Gravity, and for Ed Sheeran.
• 2019: Guitarist for the animation movie Ne Zha 哪吒之魔童降世, ranked the 2nd highest box office revenue (over 5 billion yuan) in China at the time.
