Background
Elton Leung is a graduate of King’s College London and holds dual professional designations as a Chartered ACII and CIP. He is certified in Contract Law and has earned a Diploma in Private Equity from the Imperial College London Business School.
He began his career as an underwriter before moving into a broking role at one of the world’s largest Fortune 500 insurance firms, where he managed multinational conglomerate clients. Demonstrating strong entrepreneurial initiative, he led the firm’s expansion into the Asian manufacturing risk management sector, securing a dominant market position within the first year. His commercial insight and execution excellence earned him industry recognition and speaking invitations at global conferences alongside senior leaders such as the Executive Director of China’s largest insurance company and Governors of Taiwan. At just 26, Elton was promoted to Director — one of the youngest in the company’s history.
In Hong Kong, Elton later joined his family’s business, a market leader in insurance risk management and security services for high-value assets. For over 40 years, the firm held a dominant position across the Asia-Pacific region before a successful exit, acquired by an Australian PLC publicly listed company.
